Please allow up to 3 days to process your order; you will be notified with updates via email, including tracking details. 

Postage is dependent on size, weight, and location. International shipping is available with additional postage fees.

Please ensure correct delivery address is provided upon purchase. Soet and SISTER SOET are not responsible for any duties, customs fees, taxes or additional charges that can occur after the item is shipped.

Once an item is shipped, we are not responsible if the item is lost, damaged or stolen. However, insurance can be provided upon request for an additional fee.
