Shipping, Returns, Fees


Please allow up to 3 days to process your order; you will be notified with updates via email, including tracking details. 

Postage is dependent on size, weight, and location. International shipping is available with additional postage fees.

Please ensure correct delivery address is provided upon purchase. Soet and SISTER SOET are not responsible for any duties, customs fees, taxes or additional charges that can occur after the item is shipped.

Once an item is shipped, we are not responsible if the item is lost, damaged or stolen. However, insurance can be provided for an additional fee. 

Returns + Exchanges

Soet accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days, in exact condition of purchase.
Knife returns must be sent with and meet all of the following conditions: New, unused condition (never flipped, tuned, etc.), original packaging. For any knife returns, we charge a 15% re-stocking fee.
Any discounted items are final sale.
Apothecary can only be exchanged for store credit.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and we do not refund original shipping or service fees. 

SISTER SOET vintage clothing does not accept returns, all sales are final.

We hand-select and mindfully curate pre-loved, vintage and designer pieces; due to the nature of vintage, there may be slight signs of age and wear.* 

Please note that there may be a slight color variation between the product and the photos shown, and is dependent on lighting and device type.

Merchant Processing Service Fees
Payment processing fees amount to tens of thousands of dollars each year. As a small business and with inflation on the rise, we decided to offset some of our costs by having customers share part the service fees. You will notice a service fee in the cart, this is a nominal charge to process the credit card.

Due to the nature of vintage and second-hand, items may show signs of wear.

We encourage you to carefully read rated condition, product description and confirm sizing for all garments.

We are dedicated to sourcing premium product and mention any noticeable imperfections. 

However, we do not guarantee that damages, other than those listed, may not be present.
